Helene Cardona and Maureen Alsop were both lovely enough to tag me in The Next Big Thing Interview (which I think I'm going to rename Something/Anything?). It's a "chain" interview of sorts.

What actors would you choose to play the characters in a movie rendition?
Everyone would be played by tumbleweeds, clouds, or God.

Agents laugh at poets. The book is forthcoming from the amazing Four Way Books, in early April 2013.
Who or what inspired you to write this book?
Bleeding, ravens, misanthropy, sleep, snakes, hallucinogenic flowers, teeth, house fires, the Salton Sea, Frank Stanford, alleyways, H.D. , my friends, the Mojave, narcolepsy, cockroaches, knives, Jupiter, Chopin, migraines, God, Liam Rector, bumblebees, creosote, Wisconsin, bones, doorways, razorblades, marigolds, fainting, horses, Cassiopeia, and love.
How long did it take you to write the first draft of your manuscript?
